Studying the Bible -- What is the Book of Jude About?
In the book of Jude, which is very similar to Peter's second letter, Jude warned his readers to beware of false teachers. He wanted them to fight diligently for the pure faith delivered by Jesus and the apostles. In warning his readers, Jude wrote that the errors of the false teachers had changed little over time. If they would stand firm in the faith, correcting those who are in error, and not supporting those who taught error, they would be presented faultless before God when the glory of Jesus is revealed. |
